Abstract: Our current scientific theories can explain what we observe, and predict what we will observe, to an unprecedented degree. At the same time, our previous theories have all been rejected as false, and perhaps our current theories will eventually be rejected as well. These seemingly conflicting thoughts have lead philosophers to try and distinguish between what our theories get right, and what they get wrong. Some of these philosophers claim that it is the structure of the world that our theories get right. This view is called Structural Realism. We attempt to provide some support for this view by showing a sense in which recent work in cognitive neuroscience succeeds in getting at the structure of one part of the world: the human mind/brain.
